公司成立于2000年，占地面积80000平方米，员工500多人。下设锻造，铸造，吊带编织和表面处理四个厂区，其中锻造拥有 300吨至4000吨摩擦压力机与数控电液锤锻造生产线25条，模具及机械加工设备300余台，月产能2000余吨。质量控管体系符合ISO9001质量体系，并获得欧盟CE认证，产品畅销欧美、东南亚、中东等二十多个国家和地区，在国内同行业处于领先地位。
公司主营产品有：卸扣、吊钩、吊环，吊带，链条，花兰、卡头、起重工具、工矿配件、高铁锻件、电力锻件、汽车锻件、电力金具和各种异形件等。
Hebei Dayan Rigging Manufacturing Co.,Ltd is a professional manufacturer of rigging hardware, owning a full set of production lines , including forging, casting, machining, mould making，webbing， heat treatment and surface treatment and so on.
Our company was founded in year 2000, covering an area of 80000 square meters, with 500 employees, consisting of 4 factories: Forging, Casting, Webbing and Surface treatment. Forging with 25 production lines, including 300-4000 tons electro-oil-hydraulic drop forging hammers ,and over 300 sets machining equipment, monthly production capability 2000 tons; Casting with 4 automatic lines, monthly production capability 2000 tons; Webbing with 40 automatic weaving production lines, monthly production capability 250 tons; Surface treatment with electrogalvanizing, hot dip galvanizing and powder coating 3 production lines.
Testing equipment with vertical and horizontal type Tensile testing machine, Fatigue tester, Impact tester, Universal material tester, Flaw detector, Phosphorus manganese silicon analyzer and so on . Established a whole quality management system under ISO9001 system requirements, the company has successfully acquired CE product quality and safety certificate approved by EU, and been awarded as China Quality Supervision Recognized Brand, Hebei Province Famous Trademark Enterprise, Excellent Demonstration Unit of Top Ten Rigging Enterprises in Hebei Province.
